The Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has endorsed Michele Jenkins for re-election to the Santa Clarita Community College District Board of Trustees.

“The SCV Chamber is always at the forefront of advocacy and working with our elected officials, as The Voice of Business, especially during this pandemic,” said Nancy Starczyk, chair, SCV Chamber Board. The chamber endorsed candidates who value a pro-business agenda, she added.

The election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020.

“The chamber works tirelessly on behalf of its members to maintain a healthy and vibrant business climate in what has been ranked one of the most business-friendly cities in California, and we accomplish that with our pro-business advocacy efforts,” said Ivan Volschenk, managing partner at Evolve Business Strategies, which manages the SCV Chamber.
